Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Ontario Sky Jump. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management
    • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain price quotations and negotiate contracts
    • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy
    • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
    • Monitor and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or inventory
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records
    • Process requisition orders and ensure accurate inventory levels
    • Compile inventory reports and provide insights to management
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, and MS Windows
    • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
