About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Ontario Sky Jump. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management
    • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain price quotations and negotiate contracts
    • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
    • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
    • Conduct quality control checks on received goods
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation of goods
    • Manage inventory storage and retrieval
    • Verify receipts and packing slips
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records
    • Process requisition orders and prepare purchase orders
    • Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
