Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at One Step Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Job Summary:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient security operation.
  • Provide training and guidance to security guards to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • Provide training and guidance to security guards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
