We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at One Step Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security guards as needed.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact the security of our clients and their properties.
- Train security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring the security team is well-organized and efficient.
- 3-4 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Security Guard License and valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with security guards and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
