Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in sales and merchandising? We have an exciting opportunity for a Merchandising Representative to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum.

As a Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for executing client retail priorities, building and leveraging strong store management relationships, and providing regular merchandising support. You will work closely with our top-tier CPG client to maximize sales opportunities and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing client retail priorities, including product distribution, display maintenance, and shelf detailing
  • Building and leveraging strong store management relationships to drive sales and growth
  • Providing regular merchandising support, including shelf maintenance, POG changes, and OOS correction
  • Preparing and submitting required reporting on a daily basis
  • Providing feedback and insights to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements include:

  • Merchandising experience with a focus on Walmart and the grocery channel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Good understanding and comfortability in using various reporting information and computer skills (Excel)
  • Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment
  • Ability to lift up to 15kgs and stand for several hours to complete in-store work
