Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the company's products and programs to selected retailers to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing client retail priorities, including product distribution, display maintenance, and shelf detailing.
  • Building and leveraging strong store management relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Providing regular merchandising support, including maintaining shelf displays, POG changes, OOS correction, and freshness.
  • Preparing and submitting required reporting on a daily basis.
  • Providing feedback and insights to help grow the business.

Requirements:

  • Merchandising experience with a focus on Walmart and the grocery channel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel.
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
  • Good understanding and comfortability in using various reporting information and computer skills (Excel).
  • Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment.
  • Potential for overnight travel when necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 15kgs and stand for several hours to complete in-store work.
