At One New Zealand, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a team of Customer Champions to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Retail Lead and Area Lead to drive team performance and customer satisfaction
* Work closely with the Retail Lead, Area Lead, Market Lead, HRBP, and People & Planning to ensure employee resource requirements are met
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
* Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential
* Ensure the operational running of the store, including roster management and employee onboarding

**Requirements:**

* Retail or telecommunications experience preferred
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends

This role is based at our Westfield Newmarket store in Auckland. Your roster will include Thursday & Friday late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
