Position Overview

LIDS is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our store operations and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving company objectives in profit and loss control, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience.
• Supervise and train store employees to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.
• Manage store operations, including inventory management, payroll, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues.
• Model and promote company values, policies, and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in business or a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and employee development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record of success in retail management, with a strong understanding of sales growth strategies and customer engagement techniques.
