About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Cambridge Immigration Solutions Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including financial analysis and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
