Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at S.K. Homes Ltd. as a permanent employee.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support business decision-making.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare trial balance of books and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
