Your Responsibilities:
  • The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to meet individual sales and opportunity generation targets.
  • They must effectively measure, monitor, and hold SDRs accountable for their performance while leading by example.
  • This role involves mentoring each SDR individually, fostering a strong, cohesive, and collaborative team environment, and overseeing pipeline management, conversion rates, and quota achievement.
  • Evaluate sales activities and forecasts to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the Marketing Demand Generation team to ensure effective follow-up on leads to create sales opportunities.
  • Communicate results and adapt plans in response to changing business needs. Provide comprehensive reporting on lead flow and key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Guide and develop a team of SDRs to enhance their sales skills, including market knowledge, forecasting, prospecting, and other essential competencies, while maintaining individual accountability to goals.
  • Work closely with each SDR to formulate and execute business/sales plans aimed at achieving sales quotas. Identify and support opportunities for training and professional development within the department.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and/or sales development, ideally in a role focused on selling SaaS/Cloud Applications Software at the Enterprise level.
  • Exceptional communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a readiness to establish new processes.
  • A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a basic understanding of modern SaaS applications, IT systems, and infrastructure.
