Store Team Leader Opportunity
Northern Reflections is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Team Leader to join our team. As a Store Team Leader, you will play a key role in assisting Store Management in achieving store sales budgets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Management in delivering company objectives and initiatives
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales budgets
- Lead the store team to achieve key performance indicators
- Coach and develop Associates to utilize Fundamental Selling Skills
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided in the store
- Promote campaign goals and sell Northern as a brand
- Process customer purchases quickly and accurately
- Coach and provide feedback to Associates on productivity measures
- Assist in managing contests, promotions, and outreach events
- Recruit and develop Sales Associates
- Lead the team to achieve sales budgets through motivation and coaching
- Plan and implement visual directions and layouts
- Maintain a clean and well-presented store
- Prepare the store schedule as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years retail/customer service experience in a specialty store, preferably apparel with some team leadership exposure
- Proven ability to attain or exceed sales goals
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to reach sales goals
- Passion for fashion and ability to build outfits for customers
- Demonstrates initiative and works well with a productive team
- Flexible to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to adapt to customer and store team needs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with confidence
