Are you committed to assisting individuals in restoring their autonomy and enhancing their overall well-being? Vancouver Coastal Health is in search of a dedicated Rehabilitation Assistant to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy departments to deliver crucial rehabilitative services to our patients.
- Work in partnership with practice coordinators and therapists to implement treatment strategies
- Assist patients with daily living tasks
- Document patient progress and behaviors
- Prepare and manage supplies and equipment for therapy sessions
