Overview:
As a highly skilled nursing professional, the Nurse Practitioner is accountable for the comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, evaluation, and follow-up of patients within the Emergency Department. This role necessitates collaboration with Emergency Room Physicians and the Chief of Emergency Medicine, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver holistic and comprehensive emergency nursing care, focusing on health promotion, injury and illness management, and rehabilitation.
- Engage in person-and family-centered care, emphasizing safety and risk management in all practices.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner License and registration with the relevant nursing authority.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with strong communication abilities.
- Experience in Emergency Nursing is essential.

Work Schedule:
- 75 hours bi-weekly, with potential shift work required.

Additional Requirements:
- A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance.
- A clear certificate of conduct from law enforcement authorities.
