- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory and Merchandising
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve store appearance.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language
- English language proficiency.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales performance. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
