Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at CANWING TRAVEL LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and online marketing.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication.
- Flexibility, organized, and reliable with ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability and integrity with a team player attitude.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
- Language of work: English.
