Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bakery area, and assisting with the sales and stocking of our bakery products.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the quality and visual appearance of our bakery products, including bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.
- Maintain a fully stocked bakery department, ready for business at all times.
- Verify that all merchandise is properly signed and priced.
- Adhere to our standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
- Follow our food safety and handling procedures and sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Prepare bakery merchandise by accurately following thawing and baking guidelines to ensure quality and visual appearance.
- Ensure all displays are secured in a safe and proper manner.
