Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bakery Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment, and ensuring that our bakery products meet the highest standards of quality and freshness.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the quality and visual appearance of bakery department merchandise, including bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Restock and merchandise bakery products in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process customer transactions and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a retail or bakery environment an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
