About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Mr. Mass Food Corporation. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables, replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and package take-out food.
  • Housekeeping and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items as required.
What We Offer
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 40 hours per week.
