Food Service Manager

City Park Triple O's Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Training: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules to meet business needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Physically demanding with standing for extended periods.
