Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our West Coast sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in Enterprise Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the West Coast region
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Partnerships, and Product, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics to drive business growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement sales processes and tools to support sales activities and drive results

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong background in Enterprise Sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth and team performance
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, processes, and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement
