Job Title: Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Simplexx Sanitation Tech Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically, and maintain a well-organized filing system.
  • Prepare and format page presentations, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work in a standard office environment with minimal physical demands.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Experience:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a standard 40-hour workweek.
