Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to join our Utilities Western Canada team. The successful candidate will focus on named utility clients in the western Canada region. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for overall Profit and Loss (P&L) management of the accounts, connecting and managing relationships with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Program Ownership: Own and champion programs, developing the relationship with all stakeholders, bringing a systematic and technically valid approach to assignments.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a sound knowledge of IT, Infrastructure, Cloud, and GenAI tools, practices, and techniques to enable precise analysis and presentation of work delivered.
  • Business Development: Lead the business development to develop a sales pipeline and be measured by the sales performance and revenue growth against a given target for the assigned customer.
  • One TCS Mindset: Drive a One TCS mindset across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to operate effectively at all levels of the business.
  • Business Case Development: Experience in creating business cases for customer transformation initiatives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, delivery, and operations management, customer relationship management from either a utility customer or managing Canadian customers. You will be experienced in managing and delivering IT, Infrastructure services, Onsite-offshore delivery model, managing large teams.
