Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role is required.
This role will be performed in a hybrid setting, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Design, implement, and manage accounting systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to accounting systems and management practices.
- Develop and maintain cost analysis, reporting, and internal control procedures.
- Prepare and file income tax returns based on accounting records.
- Conduct analysis of financial documents and reports to support decision-making.
- Review and examine accounting records for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits.
- Maintain financial records and manage various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Supervise payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
