Job Title: Guest Services Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at TownePlace Suites Mississauga-Airport Corporate Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all who stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest registration.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
