Hotel Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team at TownePlace Suites Mississauga-Airport Corporate Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, provide information on hotel services and amenities, and resolve any complaints or concerns.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
