Job Title: Guest Services Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at TownePlace Suites Mississauga-Airport Corporate Centre. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, as well as processing payments and handling guest inquiries.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest registration, room assignments, and other relevant information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with company standards and brand requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
