Job Summary:

Fox Harb'r Resort is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet and register guests in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information regarding resort services and amenities.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and recreation, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality management course preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
