Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining facilities. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage the operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Determine the types of services to be provided and implement effective operational procedures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Establish staff schedules and monitor performance to optimize service efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor revenue, and adjust procedures and pricing as necessary.
- Address customer complaints promptly and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and beverage provisions.
- Coordinate catering arrangements and manage facility bookings for events.
Qualifications:
Education: Completion of a college program in hospitality or food and beverage management, or equivalent experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
