Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet and register guests in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Bell Services, to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality management course preferred.
