Mini Bar Attendant

Job Summary:

The Mini Bar Attendant is a key member of our hospitality team at Fox Harb'r Resort, responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional in-suite selection of snack and beverage items.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inventory of guest mini-bars and vending machines to maintain accurate billing and optimal stock levels.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to management for prompt resolution.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of mini-bar areas and vending machines to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Inspect equipment and ensure all systems are functioning properly to prevent downtime and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory of mini-bar and vending items, including regular checks for expired products and proper storage.
• Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Report any necessary maintenance or repairs to management for prompt attention.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Valid Canadian driver's license.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks that require lifting up to 50lbs, bending, stretching, and walking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with some priority thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to interact with guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
