Nail Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Orchid Nail & Spa. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians and other salon staff
- Ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards and that customer satisfaction is consistently met
- Manage the salon's inventory and supplies, ensuring that they are adequate and of good quality
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Provide training and guidance to nail technicians and other salon staff
- Monitor and maintain the salon's cleanliness and organization
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a nail technician or in a supervisory role in a salon
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of nail care and beauty industry standards
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
