Nail Salon Team Lead

Orchid Nail & Spa is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure seamless operations.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous people.
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment.
