Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Orchid Nail & Spa is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling events, requisitioning materials, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless salon operations
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure efficient salon operations
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience in scheduling events, requisitioning materials, and resolving work problems
  • Ability to train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
