Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure ongoing discovery, delivery, and refinement of our products, aiming to develop the most user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to influence Replicant's strategic long-term design vision while also determining the immediate tactics for various visual and voice products. Focus not only on aesthetics but also on product functionality.
  • Oversee the complete design process, incorporating feedback from the cross-functional team.
  • Take initiative to produce high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Conduct user research and testing to continuously validate and enhance design solutions.
  • Regularly present and articulate your design solutions to the broader cross-functional team, effectively communicating your designs while remaining open to constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow designers, providing and receiving feedback to ensure the highest quality product development.
  • Create and maintain design documentation for the engineering team.
  • Contribute to the development of the Replicant design system and component library alongside other designers.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional design experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • A solid understanding of and ability to advocate for human-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in Figma for creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Strong UX and visual design capabilities, with a discerning eye for quality design.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to produce pixel-perfect designs.
  • Experience in structuring ambiguous challenges, developing strategies, and adapting to change.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A desire to continuously enhance your skills, quality of work, and collaborate with a dynamic team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in designing enterprise SaaS products or complex systems.
  • A passion for creating AI-driven systems.
  • An understanding of conversation or voice design.
