Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a talented team of designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement while contributing hands-on to ongoing UX projects.
  • Champion user-centered design principles, embedding them in every phase of the product development process, from discovery through delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of hands-on product design experience in technology, with extensive experience in leading and managing design teams, addressing complex design challenges, and contributing to all phases of the product life cycle.
  • Deep understanding of research methodologies, with the ability to mentor designers and help them translate user needs and product insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex product environments.
  • Robust online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of product design skills, with detailed case studies that demonstrate leadership and impact.
