Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Nelmar Cleaning Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repairs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and establish work schedules.
Supervision:

Direct the work of 5-10 cleaning staff members.

Personal Suitability:
  • Client focus: Provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Dependability: Ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively with staff and clients.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent.
Work Environment:

40 hours per week, permanent position.

Work language: English.
