Job Description: Receptionist

We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

  • Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department within our dealership.
  • Information Management: Accurately collect and process customer information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Communication Specialist: Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and relay messages effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, email correspondence, and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
