Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Payment and Settlement: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures as required.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
  • Special Needs: Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
