The Special Education Support Assistant plays a crucial role in providing assistance to students with diverse learning needs. This position is integral to fostering an inclusive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with special requirements, including behavioral support.
- Provide in-class support to enhance student learning experiences.
- Facilitate outdoor supervision and support during recreational activities.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to prepare educational materials.
- Help maintain a safe and conducive learning atmosphere for all students.
- Engage in physical support tasks as necessary, including lifting and personal care.
