RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure that the records of applicants to programs of study are consistent with respect to the establishment of citizenship status;
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of the data recorded in the Admissions module of the Clara Instructional Management System;
- Record student information and update it in the Clara database;
- Rigorously manage student files during the admissions process;
- Generate student contracts as part of their registration process;
- Retrieve data from the Ministry's systems (Ariane, Socrates and Charlemagne) in order to evaluate the file of potential students.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Diploma;
- Attention to detail;
- Demonstrate autonomy and discretion (given the confidential nature of the information to be processed);
- Bilingualism French - English;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- College experience (asset);
- Experience in customer service (an asset);
- Availability in the evenings during special events (Open House, Back to School, etc.).

This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
