Requirements
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred (ideally within the beauty sector) All candidates must demonstrate the capacity to deliver inspiring, genuine, and personalized customer service Ability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems is a plus Candidates must be able to provide proof of eligibility to live and work in the country if selected for an interview
Anticipated Hourly Range: $16.30 to $27.95 (Dependent on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). Additionally, The Estée Lauder Companies provides a range of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related initiatives, paid holidays, and vacation time. The Company also maintains competitive incentive compensation programs (eligibility may vary based on the specific terms of the respective plan(s)). You may qualify to participate in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan, under the guidelines in effect at the time of hire.
