Your Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
  • Presenting merchandise and sharing detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
  • Providing information regarding extended service plans and financing options
  • Meeting individual and team sales goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer service and sales background, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong communication and relational skills
