Freelance Sales Representative - Northbay, ON

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with colleagues to ensure a high standard of visual merchandising and store operations.
  • Use exceptional people skills to educate, inspire, and delight customers, ensuring a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
  • Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty, is desirable.

Requirements

  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build collaborative relationships.
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.
