Freelance Sales Representative Opportunity Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Freelance Sales Representative to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a Freelance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet and exceed customer service and sales targets.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with the retail team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to educate, inspire, and delight customers.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
  • Anticipated Hourly Range $16.30 to $27.95 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget).
