  • Deliver information and answer inquiries from customers
  • Coordinate billing processes for services rendered
  • Manage refunds and credits
  • Clearly explain the types and costs of services available
  • Issue receipts and necessary documentation
  • Gather and analyze relevant information to effectively assess client feedback and inquiries
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Process payments
  • Facilitate merchandise sales
  • Clarify procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
  • Maintain and manage a digital database
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale
Supervisory Role

You will be responsible for overseeing a small team, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
