Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Collaborating with the Divisional Financial Director to serve as the finance expert for various departments, acting as a strategic partner to enhance performance;
  • Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting processes, including the monthly rolling sales forecast;
  • Providing precise, insightful, and timely analysis of financial outcomes, explaining variances against forecasts and budgets;
  • Overseeing month-end closing for designated functional areas, including sales commissions expenses and sales and margins reconciliation;
  • Enhancing business intelligence tools through comprehensive data analysis;
  • Engaging in the assessment of information requirements across different departments;
  • Analyzing, developing, testing, and maintaining various components to ensure effective data extraction and transformation from multiple sources;
  • Demonstrating the capability to design and lead process improvement initiatives while implementing solutions and tools;
  • Cross-training and rotating responsibilities with fellow finance team members to ensure seamless operations.

What Distinguishes You:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnership, and financial modeling;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, showcasing effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Strong aptitude for synthesizing, analyzing, and presenting financial data for informed decision-making;
  • A robust work ethic with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus);
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems; familiarity with SAP Business One and CRM Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous;
  • A proactive, autonomous, and responsible approach;
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
  • A self-motivated team player who takes initiative to resolve issues.
