Commercial Sales Opportunity

Elith Consultancy Services is a leading provider of commercial moving services, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets, focusing on large-scale commercial projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the C-suite level, understanding their specific needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead the sales process from initial prospecting through negotiation to contract closure, ensuring smooth progression and favorable outcomes.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Utilize strong networking skills to establish and nurture connections that support relationship-based selling and long-term client partnerships.
  • Digital Engagement: Leverage social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to enhance networking efforts, promote our client's services, and engage with potential clients proactively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven track record in commercial sales environments as Sales Consultant, Sales Rep or Account Manager.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B Sales, demonstrating success in selling comprehensive solutions and ability to reach corporate decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage sales ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 + with a proactive approach to pursuing and closing larger opportunities.
  • Proficiency in solution-oriented sales techniques, with a strong ability to drive complex sales cycles forward.
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and navigating intricate organizational structures.
  • Strong networking abilities, with a knack for building and sustaining strategic business relationships.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for professional networking and business development purposes.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
