Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the right products on hand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Tray Assembly: Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and efficiently.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 people, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
