Job Summary

Prospera Credit Union is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing Coordinator to support our Strategic Sourcing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of Prospera's contract administration software (Gatekeeper).

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure contracts are signed in accordance with Prospera's Management Signing Authority Policy
  • Monitor compliance with Prospera's Vendor Management Policy, escalating any exceptions
  • Provide support to Prospera's vendor managers, as required
  • Support contract renewals promptly, escalating any active contracts at risk of expiry in accordance with agreed processes
  • Support vendor manager's execution of contract performance reviews in accordance with policy
  • Provide support to the Manager, Strategic Sourcing and Strategic Sourcing analyst, as required
  • Manage inventory of Gatekeeper documents in compliance with policy, notifications, and access rights
  • Coordinate low-risk sponsorship agreements
  • Support reporting requests, as needed

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education is an asset
  • 1-2 years of related experience, specifically in purchasing, accounting, and/or contract administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive communication skills, and ability to communicate and influence stakeholders

  • Total compensation package of base pay plus incentives that is market competitive and reviewed annually
  • Starting salary is normally targeted around the middle of the posted salary range, and is determined based on the successful candidate's knowledge, experience, and internal equity
